Worked with the Executive team to conduct a brand review and develop a new strategic framework to accelerate the commercial performance of Hotter in the UK and USA.  Customer insight activities led to a re-positioning of the brand to improve its perception and extend usage occasions with its core target audience.
An omni-channel marketing approach was developed and implemented leading to positive changes in brand awareness, perception and equity performance.

Supported the CMO in the transition of The Garden Centre Group to Wyevale guiding the creation of the new Wyevale brand strategy, communications and organisational structure whilst driving the marketing team in the development and delivery of the annual marketing activity plans. 
Led the creation of the user experience for the new e-commerce platform and developed new
